§ What you'll do
- ●Source data center talent — project managers, superintendents, commissioning engineers, site technicians — with our sourcing engine.
- ●Run outreach to candidates and handle the replies — you are the first human they talk to.
- ●Screen candidates against a real client bar and write the notes that decide who gets submitted.
- ●Track pipelines end to end and tell us honestly where they are stuck.
§ Who this is for
- ●You are comfortable talking to strangers all day and following up until you get an answer.
- ●Clear, fast written English. Your outreach has to sound like a person, not a template.
- ●Organized enough to run dozens of candidates at once without dropping any.
- ●No data center or construction background needed. We will teach you the roles; you bring the hustle.
